This spectacular rusting hulk from Chester Fesmire is an IHC 1940 Ford coupe model. Chester used a technique with Future Floor Finish under the finished paint and "scrubbing" it with Windex to achieve the peeling, chipped paint. The tarp is painted tissue paper.
