Jesse Weigand built this International 7600 rotary dump truck with a kitbashed chassis and kitbashed 10 cu. yd. 180-degree rotational dump box with rear spreader apron. Features include an 85,000 lb Palfinger crane from Herpa with grapple attachment, rail gear, strobe lighting, and decals.
