Chester Fesmire built this green F-230-D International from a Sheepscot resin cab mounted on an Athearn chassis with Roco off-road tires mounted on Herpa/Promotex rims. The trailer is from GHQ and the Insley backhoe load is a cast metal Woodland Scenics kit.
