The model is of a 4X4 Chevrolet Suburban in use with his railroad layout's police department tactical unit. It has all kinds of goodies including Roco wheels, Automobilia skidplate, Busch lights and spots, scratchbuilt safari roof rack and tube steps, and homemade decals (using VitaCal paper) along with a Microscale badge.
