Josh Coleman built this new Baltimore City Fire Department Utility 1 Hose Reel truck with hoses (not seen, in the bed) and ladders by Herpa with light bar by Busch. The Ford F-350, ladder rack, and tool box are from River Point Station. Josh painted the truck and made his own decals.
