Terry Walters built this typically West Coast long wheelbase Peterbilt 280 with open hood sides to display a monstrous Cat engine. Terry lengthened the hood and running boards and mounted them on a scratchbuilt frame. The trailer is from Matchbox. Paint is Dupli-Color.
