Joe Fay built this 1961 Ford Fairlane four door sedan from a resin casting he made. The master was created by using Hydroshrink (rubberized self shrinking material) with a mold of the 1/64 Johnny Lightning '61 Ford police car. Once the Hydroshink actually shrinks to 1/87 scale a new mold was made. Hollowed out, a chassis was added as was the EKO wheels. Elmer's clear school glue was added for window glazing. Plastruct strip was inserted into the window to create a vent window.
