In the interesting out of print book, "Trucks and Vans" by Bishop/Marshall, there are several artistic renderings of early steam vehicles that are quite unique. This vintage steam winch truck is based on one such rendering of a 1901 Foden Steam Vehicle. Randy scratchbuilt this unique truck model in 1/87 scale during the month of November, 2007 and spent more than 18 hours on the project.
