This remarkable collection of rare 1/87 model subjects from Joe Fay include a 1963 Rambler American (dark gray model right, center) originally based on a 1/25 scale Johan model. The 1963 Rambler Classic (light gray model, right, foreground) was based on a reduced 1/43 scale Franklin Mint die-cast model. The 1961 Chevrolet Corvair (left, foreground dark red model) was based on a 1/45 Corgi die-cast model. The 1966 Ford Galaxie (rear, right beige/black top model) was based on a 1/43 Dinky die-cast model. The 1964 Studebaker Wagonaire (blue station wagon, left, center) was based on a 1/64 Husky/Corgi Jr. The green model near the rear is a Classic Metal Works 1967 Ford die-cast model for comparison.
