This model from Andy Park was built around 4 years ago using a Herpa chassis and cab with scratchbuilt ballast box, front tow hitch and heavy duty bumper (fender) and a Herpa crane - the ballast box is full of 45 gallon drums filled with concrete.
The real truck was operated in Saudi Arabia in the 1980s by Anglo American company Rigging International alongside various Mercedes, Oshkosh and other heavy tractors - inspiration came from one of Ralf Koch's excellent books on the Middle East trucking scene.
