Here's one of Australian modeler Viv Ireland's recent projects, a
Ford Aeromax with D-double cattle "crates." This unit measures out
at 115 ft, much longer than b-dubs are allowed in Australia but its
running on "his" roads so he says he gets to make the rules! Viv cut
five feet from of the lead trailer and added that to the B trailer.
He also added an extra axle to the B trailer and scratchbuilt the
tri-axle for the A trailer. The model is finished with Tamiya spray
paint with decals on the prime mover from an International cabover
kit.
