Bill Flottman sent us this photo of a chemical tanker truck that he kitbashed from a Herpa elliptical tank trailer. Bill had never seen a model of one of these trucks so decided to make his own. It is a 'work in progress' and unfinished. The tractor is a shortened 3-axle Athearn Freightliner COE that is also unfinished.
