James Kocher has been building and finishing Custom Finishing white
metal kits of railroad maintenance of way trucks, cranes, and equipment
for several years and offering them for sale. At the 2005 NMRA convention
in Cincinatti, James had this Kershaw 130 ton MOW crane on display.
