Here's another view of Chester Fesmire's ROCO Oshkosh
M978 HEMTT tanker that has been repainted in civilian colors. Chester
treated this one here as an exercise in detailing so all he actually
changed on it was the paint and added some Dennis Aust oilfield wheels
and tires. Decals are from Langley. Also shown in Photo
