This photo of Todd Terpstra's outstanding AMC AMX model
is all the more amazing if you've ever seen the original piece this
model was built from. The original is nothing more than a body shell
and windshiled with some wheels hanging from inside the body. The entire
floor pan, interior, dash, suspension, etc. was scratchbuilt. Windshield
and all "glass" is clear styrene. Paint is Boyd's lime pearl
with Testors Black Gold trim. Wheels and tires are from the Brekina
Porsche racer with a coat of Alumilite Chrome. An aboslutely amazing
transformation.
