This model was made from a HotWheels toy. It is a '56 Chevrolet Cab Forward Truck that has a bed molded into the cab. Wayne added wheelwells inside the bed, trimmed the rear bumper and used wheels and tires off a Johnny Lightning International Navistar truck.
