Karl Erk kitbashed this semi out of Roco army trucks some 30 years ago before there were many decent HO semi models out there. The Roco models were well detailed and rather inexpensive. Karl says he used alot of them on his old model train layouts. In this case, the tractor is stock and the trailer was doubled in size by combining two short trailers. A gray paint job and some weathering and he was finished.
