Looks like someone got stuck at a bad time; the local [railroad] switch job was coming through and is being held up, which does not sit too well with the big guy in orange! On Mike Phalen's layout a Trident U.S. Army truck get's "the Up-North" treatment with a hot soldering iron, a Dremel tool, and a lot of odd paints. Behind the truck is a Caprice DWI Police car by Busch and in the backround is an Athearn Roadway truck tractor and old Walthers trailer.
