"News from Plaster Hill Mine: Last week the mine took delivery of a brand new CAT 785 mining truck. Somebody told me and so I was able to take some photos. Fortunately the boss of the mining operation was there with his BMW X5 which shows the viewer the size of the CAT. Some CAT Service people are just talking to him. The local press was there, too. We'll be hearing more Plaster Hill Mine news in the future as there are rumours they´re expecting more new machines soon."

This diorama was built by Holm Kämpfer.The Caterpillar model is completely scratchbuilt except for the driver! We certainly look forward to see more new equipment models from Holm soon!
