GMC 6500 & Buick Grand National - By Jim Groeneweg

Here's another look at Jim Groeneweg's Boley 2003 GMC 6500 Topkick with a few modifications. Interior has been made a darker grey, tool boxes added from Promotex and painted with Alcad polished Aluminum and the wheels as well. Mudflaps added to front and rear, deck railings removed and an exhaust stack added from aluminum tubing. The light bar was painted in Testors amber and the front bumper is chromed using Bare-Metal Foil.

On the deck is an '87 Buick Grand National that is meticulously maintained. (We can only presume that it is being moved from one storage facility to another.) It is a Monogram Mini-exact that has been slightly detailed with wheels from Busch that are as close to prototypical as Jim could find. Also shown in Photo Gallery 147.
