Dirk Wieczorek built this model using an Alloy Forms cab and scratchbuilt the body and mast. Ladders are by Roco and the wheels by Herpa/Promotex. Ladder 9 is in principle the same model as Ladder 121 (seen in Photo Gallery 144) but with some minor detail changes and the striping. This was the first FDNY Unit which had the yellow and white stripes arranged in the opposite order to normal.
