This is Jens Müller's Mini Pickup, based on the Herpa model. Okay - the car is much smaller than the average American pickup. You can place the whole Mini in the bed of a typical American light truck; for example, the Ford F-350. Jens opinion: small is beautiful. The smallest pickup that he's ever built was a Fiat 500 with enough space for a single case of beer; the Mini has enough for two cases (48 bottles).
