This stunning Birdcage Maserati model is the work of Martin Taxis of High Tech Modell. This particular model was one of a few examples on display at the 2000 Nurnberg Toy Fair. The detail on this model is outstanding! Visible under the windscreen is the photo-etched frame tubing from which the car gets its nickname, 'birdcage".
