Here's a view of the opening cab door and pivoting steps Christian Meier's Freghtliner Argosy. The cab of his Argosy was built from an International 9670 solid resin cabover kit from Walthers. Now it´s hollow inside and has opening cab doors built from clear plastic to fit the cab. The steps behind the front wheels are moving parts too. The front bumper, the high cab roof, and the left and right fairings are scratchbuilt. For the bumper, Christian used the material cut off the original cab kit. The trailer got a third axle. The Argosy and trailer are painted in an orange-gold color. Christian found pictures of an Argosy painted like this in a German Trucker magazine. Lots of details finished this model.
