This 4-axle DAF 95 special transport tractor with crane is modeled by Dutch modeler Arnold Tamminga. Arnold says in order to keep the combination length within the regulations, the cab is positioned in this unusual forward position. The crane and the trailer are both Kibri. The tractor, in Arnold's words, "contains a lot of Herpa".
