This Elgin Pelican street sweeper painted for Chicago's Street Department
is another model made from a Matchbox toy. Christophe changed
the
frame and replaced a new rolling brush. He also changed the wheels,
made a new paint scheme for the Chicago Street & Sanitation
Department's color, added details like antenna and beacon, and weathered
it.
