Ralph Ratcliffe Models announces two brand new resin fire truck kits are now available from Ralph Ratcliffe Models. First, the long awaited Mack CF-600 pumper shown above in kit form and built up sample. This kit is the most accurate and well detailed version available of this classic American fire apparatus. The Mack CF was produced from 1968 to 1989 and were a common sight at fire stations all over America, and many other countries as well. Many of these durable rigs are still in service worldwide today. The pumper kit includes about 24 cast resin parts, a vacu-formed windshield, and two separate photo-etch sheets with mirrors and pump panel details. The body can be built with or without a Mattydale crosslay and includes pump panel gauge options for either version. There are two bumper styles included, a standard type and an extended bumper with a tray for steamer hose. The price for the kit is $62.
The Mack CF600 cab is also available as a 'cab only' kit, so you can use it with other body styles. Price for the cab kit is $30. Contact Mr. Ratcliffe at [email protected], [email protected], or message him on Facebook to order any of these kits, along with his full line of 1/87 fire apparatus, and commercial truck kits and parts and he'll send you his latest, updated product lists.
