You may not have caught the announcement late in May of the new Kenworth T-800 cab conversion kit available from Dennis Aust. As announced in our May 2000 New Products section, this resin cab conversion kit utilizes a Herpa (or similar) chassis to build up a superb example of a Kenworth T800. The conversion kit, produced in the U.S., includes cab, seats, dash, steering wheel, 2 air filters, hood, grille, front bumper, fuel tank, battery box/step, and 2 frame mounted air tanks. The one piece hood comes with no air filter cutouts. Most parts, including the cab and hood, are available as separate items.
