Today, March 19, 2003, Athearn released information on a new Ford C fire pumper. The surprising part of this announcement is that it is a totally new tooling of the model including the cab! This model features a canopy style Ford C cab that shares almost no common parts with Athearn's regular Ford C truck cab. Initial release will be six paint schemes and delivery in late May, 2003.
