Richard Olson built this street taco food truck using the Masterpiece (Atlas) American Walk-In Van converted with pieces of a Matchbox toy to create this very unique model. Modifications include the vented skylight, the rear cook top exhaust vent/panel, and of course, the curb side service window. Additional details include the menu board, awning, and scratchbuilt wooden picnic table in the foreground. The yellow/white body is factory painted while the colorful graphics are applied by hand with Sharpie paint pens.
