Lacy Brown built this Norfolk Southern International 4900 maintenance of way dump truck using a Boley die-cast dump truck model and adding lots of detail. Lacy extended the bumpers with styrene with a Details West hi-rail kit installed. The air horn is from Herpa with side hood mirrors also from Herpa.
