Mark Wayman used a Herpa three axle Ford LTA-9000 Aeromax truck to build this railroad wheel change MOW truck. Mark used a Custom Finishing body, Kibri knuckle boom crane on the rear, and scratchbuilt rear bumper cabinets over the rear winch. Rerail frogs are mounted on each side of the front bumper winch.
