This ROCO Oshkosh M978 HEMTT tanker has been repainted
in civilian colors. Chester Fesmire treated this one here as an exercise
in detailing so all he actually changed on it was the paint and added
some Dennis Aust oilfield wheels and tires. Decals are from Langley.
