Here's the same scene we showed you back in Photo Gallery 98 but at night! Dean used some very creative lighting techniques to highlight this cheapskate, driving his Dodge 3/4 ton 4X4, backed up on government property, and about to be busted by one of the queen's finest RCMP(Royal Canadian Mounted Police) members. Vehicles shown include Busch Ford Crown Victoria in RCMP colours, Dodge Ram Extended Cab 4X4 3/4 ton truck by Kinsmart, Unimog snow plow from Wiking, Dodge minivan from Busch, COOP semi-truck and trailer from Herpa, and a Herpa lumber truck. This photo was Dean's entry in our Second Annual Holiday Model Contest.
