Jim Groeneweg had this Western Star 4900SB tow truck with rotator boom on display at the 2013 East Coast Meet recently in W. Springfield, Massachusetts. The cab is Jim's Jacobs Models resin kit with a scratchbuilt tow truck body. The boom and outriggers are from the Kibri kit.
