First-time contributor Christoph Elbl built this pair of Opel Vecta police cars from Rietze models. Both were modified and got new graphics using Decals produced by Decalprint. The Vectra is used by the Police in Brussels, Belgium, however, Christoph rebuilt the older version due to the fact that there's no model of the most recent version of the Vectra.
