At the age of 27, Randy Sawyer scratchbuilt this 1923 Autocar Stake Truck in 1980. The 1/87 scale model is based on an illustration found in the book, "American Truck Spotters Guide 1920-1970". The spoked wheels are modified Grandt Line wagon wheels and the driver figure is by Preiser.
