Thomas Kelly made it two years in a row for all three of the categories he won with this new diorama depicting new plant construction. The cranes on the left side of the photo are lifting a distillation column into place. Additional models include a kitbashed Grove truck mounted crane, GHQ all-terrain material handler, fuel truck, and Model Trucks & More lowboy. Very impressive. Winner of the People's Choice Award, Best In Show, and Diorama Category at the 2004 National Convention held May 29, 2004 in Ontario, California.
