This photo from Chester Fesmire is the of recently introduced Sylvan Scale Products White 4000. Chester says other than assembling the kit he didn't do much additional to it except use Krystal Klear for the windows and add a battery box/ air tank from Alloy Forms and some decals from "who knows where." Chester reports, "This was a nice little kit with some good detail."
