We've got most of our schedule for the 2003
National Convention firmed up and we want
to make sure all of our registered convention attendees are
aware of the attributives schedule. Although there may be some
last minute fine-tuning, here's the schedule:
Friday, June 13, 2003 -
8:15 A.M. - Meet in convention hotel lobby for tour
8:30 A.M. - Charter bus departs for Product Dynamics
9:30 A.M. approximately - We arrive in Levittown, PA at Product Dynamics
9:30 A.M.-11:30 - Tour of Product Dynamics
11:30 A.M. approximately - Bus departs for Allentown
12:30-1:15 P.M. - Lunch at Brass Rail restaurant (cost of lunch not covered
by convention registration)
1:15 P.M. - Bus departs for Mack Truck Museum
1:30 P.M. - 4:00 - Tour of Mack Museum
4:00 P.M. - Bus departs for convention hotel
7:00 P.M. - New Product Press Conference for Press
and Manufacturers only (at convention hotel)
Saturday, June 14, 2003 -
7:00 - 9:00 A.M. - Vendor setup for club show and sale
9:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M - Model contest judging
12:30 P.M. approximately - Model contest winners announced
9:00 A.M. - 1:30 P.M. - Model show, contest, and vendor sales
1:30 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. - Free time to enjoy 24th
Annual Antique Truck Show, Concours
d' Elegance, or Mack Truck plant tour at the Macungie Assembly Plant
7:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M. - Awards ceremony and banquet; Allentown Fairgrounds
Hotel [Private dining room, cash bar, buffet style meal with Prime Rib
and Seafood Newburg, awards for all model contest winners]
Sunday, June 15, 2003 -
8:00 A.M. - 9:30 A.M. - Breakfast and club meeting
(attendance optional)
10:00 - End of Day - Free day to enjoy 24th Annual Antique Truck Show, Mack Truck plant tour at the Macungie Assembly
Plant, or your just relax before heading home!
You can still register online for our 2003
National Convention to be held June 13-15,
2003 in Allentown, Pennsylvania. We have separate forms available
for individual
convention attendees and for convention
vendor attendees. Our online payment system accepts PayPal,
MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. The convention
registration fee is $80.00.
