This is Paul Kittle's International 4300 truck tractor that started as a Wiseman IHC 4200 that he extended the hood to make it a 4300. Paul added custom visor, fuel tanks, battery boxes, and sleeper. He also added his own decals for the factory paint scheme shown here.
