This short wheelbase heavy haul tractor is from Tony De Seta. Tony started with a Herpa Mack CH613 and added the lift axle, deck plate, headache rack, roof beacons, "Wide Load" sign to the front bumper, air hoses, and other details. Note the drilled holes in the Herpa wheels!
