In the early 2000s, Richard Olson found several of the repackaged plain white Roco Dodge pickups under the Promotex label. He decided to add a ‘lift kit’ and new wheels (Trident) and larger tires (Roco HMMWV). What the pictures don’t show off is the working ‘suspension’ and ‘flex’. Custom Testors model car spray covered the stock body. A Details West bed toolbox and a spare tire rack were added. Then it sat in the parts cabinet for 15-years. Richard pulled it out and Bare Metal Foiled the toolbox, added Trident mirrors and detail painted the interior, engine, and chassis. Completed in 2020.
