Here's more of Bob Johnson's Viking Freight Kenworth T800 truck tractor and pair of 28' trailers (still without unit numbers) shown leaving the ADM facility here on the Texas Northern Model Railroad Club (www.texasnorthern.org) layout in Dallas, Texas. The truck tractor was built using Dennis Aust's extraordinary resin cab, hood, battery box and fuel tank mounted on a shortened Herpa Ford chassis with air suspension. The front aero bumper is a resin casting not commercially available. The air shield is from Jacobs Models, mirrors from Plano Model Products. All "glass" is .010" clear sheet. Decals are from Microscale. The trailers are Rail Power Products kits with Microscale decals.
