This Caterpillar D8 dozer is being loaded at the equipment yard for transport to a job site on Kevin Shanahan's HOn3 layout of Ophir Loop, Colorado in the early '50s focusing on the vehicles around the equipment company yard outside of Ridgway, Colorado. Shown above is an Autocar truck tractor built from an Alloy Forms metal kit and lowboy trailer built from a GHQ metal kit. The '36 Ford in the foreground above is a Mountain States Models kit. The dozer is also a GHQ metal kit.
