Jim Reid built this International RDCF-405 "Highbinder" truck tractor using a Sheepscot Models resin cab mounted on an Athearn frame with Athearn fuel tanks, wheels and tires. The trailer is a Walthers 35' van with Athearn wheels and suspension.
