Rich Reinhart started with an Athearn Norfolk Southern Mack R model dump truck that he removed the lettering from, painted the frame black, and added the raised pusher axle. Rich also repainted the rims and added an N Scale strobe light from Sunrise Enterprises and custom Brandt decals.
