Jesse Weigand built this International 7600 service truck towing this Powertraxx tracked vehicle on display at the 2017 East Coast Meet. The Caterpillar crawler/dozer is a modified Norscot die-cast model. This is just one very small scene from Jesse's Route87 module on display at the meet.
