This Trimac Kenworth T800 from Jim Groeneweg features a resin cab is from Kurt Hofmeyer along with optional “extra cab” extension. Mirrors, interior, and glass are from a Tonkin Kenworth T660 with Masterbilt heat shield, Dennis Aust battery box, fuel tanks, and wheels riding on an Athearn chassis. The tractor is finished in authentic Trimac fleet colors in base/clear auto paint. Chrome is all Molotow chrome paint pen except for the grille which is Bare Metal Foil.
The tank trailer is a modified Tonkin cryogenic unit with fenders that were trimmed/modified and a rear tail light/bumper section from an Athearn container chassis replaced the original along with a Trainworx belly mount reefer replacing the under mount box of the original. Door detail were added to rear cabinet, filling hose tubes added to sides at the rear along with modified landing gear and clearance lights front and rear. The wheels are modified Promotex Alcoa and decals are Ken Gouda and Microscale.
