Paul Andriscin started with a Con-Cor/Heljan 1926 Mack AC truck model with snowplow. Built using the kit and spare parts; the tank is from a water wagon, plow from plastic stock, and A-frame is a Roco part. Model is similar to a Washington D.C., vehicle on-line.
